The Collections department is responsible for the collection of costs, fines & restitution associated with the following types of cases:

• Criminal 
• Juvenile
• Probation supervision
• Uncollected fees from the Magisterial District Justices
• Miscellaneous

Pennsylvania's Unified Judicial System allows you to look up case information including case balances. Please note that our county's records are only available on computer / internet from 1996 to current.  For cases prior to 1996 you must conduct a search in the record archives.  Searches may be performed by our office for a fee of $5.00 per name per 5 years. Requests for such searches must be made in writing accompanied with the fee.  Copies of documents are available for a fee of $.25 per page.  Juvenile cases or criminal cases involving child victims are not available to the public and will not be released.
